Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data. You can also email us at admin@cosmictwin.app to request deletion.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store or Play Store account settings. Refunds follow the relevant platform's policy.
Why do you ask for my exact birth time?
Your Rising sign and house placements depend on the time and place you were born. The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your chart and your matches. You can update your birth details anytime from your profile.
How does matching work?
CosmicTwin calculates your full birth chart and compares it with others using astrological compatibility and synastry — not just sun signs — to surface the people whose charts most resonate with yours.
How do I report someone or something inappropriate?
