By creating an account or using Cosmic Twin you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cosmic Twin. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may only create one account per person.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and onboarding.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate any person or entity.
• Post or transmit sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM). Any such content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Use the app for commercial solicitation, spam, or multi-level marketing.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app by automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, bio, messages). By submitting content you grant Cosmic Twin a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell it to third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Cosmic Twin offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are described in the app.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' terms.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the relevant platform's refund policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

7. Disclaimers

Cosmic Twin provides astrological content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. We make no guarantee that you will find a romantic match through the app. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Twin and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in California, United States, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes. You waive any right to a class action lawsuit.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
