Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Cosmic Twin account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible — your profile, birth chart, matches, messages, and photos will be removed and cannot be recovered.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

• Open Cosmic Twin
• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
• Type DELETE to confirm

Your account and all data are removed immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at admin@cosmictwin.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, display name, and birth data
• All profile photos
• Your match history and discovery activity
• All messages and conversations
• Notification preferences
• Your account credentials

Subscription billing is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — please cancel through your store's subscription settings before or after deletion.
